About Ikigai Fiber
Ikigai Fiber is owned and operated out of Orange County by Pam Powers who has been a knitwear designer since 2007. Pam’s designs have appeared in Vogue Knitting, Interweave Knits, Twist Collective as well as 2 knitting books and countless independent projects on Raverly. She launched Ikigai Fiber in 2019 with the Chibi Paka Chunky yarn line and luxurious faux fur pom-poms. Since then she has added products with a focus on embellishments such as buttons, jewels and most recently Poketto, a set of tapestry weight mini skeins with an endless list of possibilities.

Stick & Stitch Embroidery Patterns – Printed on a sheet of water-soluble stabilizer that you cut out and stick on top of your project, eliminating the need to transfer the design. Then you stitch right through the stabilizer. This enables you to stitch more precisely and will eliminate the need to use an embroidery hoop on most fabrics. When you’re finished, just run your stitching under water and whoosh…it magically dissolves leaving just your beautiful embroidery! |
