ALACYS

The Association of Los Angeles County Yarn Shops (ALACYS) is a nonprofit group. We represent retail yarn stores in greater LA.  Current Members of the Board of Directors are as follows:

Alternate, Vanessa - Owner Altered Stitch in Lake Balboa

Our mission is to promote knitting, crochet and other related fiber arts to the community and across our great nation! We host events throughout the year to help educate and teach yarn crafts. Our signature event is the annual Los Angeles Yarn Crawl celebrating 15 years this year!  Please support our fabulous local yarn shops at our upcoming event and throughout the year.
